The race is limited to 500 runners, primarily due to restricted parking availability and the very remote location. It’s a “small-town” race with a big race feel! We do our best to provide a world-class experience for you! Come join us!

RACE SCHEDULE:
Packet Pickup: Saturday, October 27, 2018- 6am to 7:15am:
Packet pickup and last minute registration at the start line at the Visitor Center parking lot in Valley of Fire State Park. You MUST have a reservation for late entry reservation (details on registration info page). NO walk-ups without a reservation please. Please bring your confirmation email and entry form/waiver with you along with your entry fee in CASH ONLY.

Start Times:
6:30 am: Marathon
7 am:  Half marathon
7:30 am: 10k
7:30 am:  5k

Awards:
8:15-8:30am:  5K Awards
8:30-8:45am:  10K Awards
9-9:30am:  Half Marathon Awards
9:30-10am: Marathon Awards

Course Closes for all distances at 11am with an extra half hour for Marathon.

LODGING INFO:
Our recommended hotel in Overton (the nearest town to the Valley of Fire) is North Shore Inn, 520 N Moapa Valley Blvd, Overton, NV 89040; (702) 397-6000. When you make your reservations, let them know you’re with the Valley of Fire race.

If you’re staying in Vegas and driving in for the race, we recommend the Element Hotel located at 10555 Discovery Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89135. The Element Hotel has fantastic rooms which are like a home away from home. Your stay includes a delicious breakfast with lots of choices including egg sandwiches, granola, yogurt, smoothies and more. Honestly, the Element is way nicer, cleaner and more relaxing than a room on the Strip.
