Valley of Fire Entry Fees
Entry fees for the 2014 Valley of Fire Half Marathon are as follows*:
Half Marathon – $75 until 7/15; $80 from 7/16-11/15; $85 thereafter.
10K – $45 until 7/15; $50 from 7/16-11/15; $55 thereafter.
5K – $40 until 7/15; $45 from 7/16-11/15; $50 thereafter.
Entry fees are non-refundable. However, if you must withdraw from a race (due to an emergency or other unforeseen circumstances) please see our Cancellations and Transfers page.
PLEASE DON’T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO SIGN UP.
T-shirts and medals must be ordered six weeks to one month pre-race. Because this is a charity fundraiser, we think it’s better to donate more money than to over-order shirts and medals in anticipation of potential last-minute sign-ups. If you’re not on the roster by October 20th we can’t guarantee you’ll receive a shirt or medal. Also, the Valley of Fire is a remote location and there’s no place nearby to get food or water if tons of folks show up at the last minute. We simply can’t guess as to how many will sign up late.
Registration will open in March 2014.
From 5pm November 15th through noon on November 21st, we’ll accept reservations via email (RunPlanetUltra@live.com) for late registration. Please include the following information in your email: Name, Race Distance, Age on Race Day, Gender, City/ST of residence. You must come to packet pickup with this paper entry form/waiver (download by clicking the link) and your entry fee (including late fee) in cash only. We are unable to accept checks or credit cards for late entries. ABSOLUTELY NO DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION without reservation please!
